3-year Anniversary!

Please help me congratulate Claudia Rozell on her 3-year anniversary with JB Hunt and CDP! Claudia started as a scheduler and is currently a very valuable asset in our training group. She's a Renaissance woman who can do a little bit of everything... She trains the scheduling new hires and even helps with investigation; you'll see her covering the review desk when all the managers have to step away; she trains folks for CDH projects, and even indexes documents in her spare time! She's got a great attitude and is up for a challenge.

Claudia, we appreciate you! And you make a dang fine salsa. In case anyone didn't get to try it on Valentine's day....

2 - 14.5oz. cans of diced tomatoes
1.5 Serrano peppers (add more peppers if you want it more spicy - a little goes a long way with these peppers though)
1/4 bunch cilantro (10-15 stems - remove the leaves from the stems)
Put above in blender and puree until smooth. Put in a large bowl.
Add the following ingredients to the puree:
2- 14 oz. cans of diced tomatoes
1/2 white onion, diced
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Voila!! You can increase or remove ingredients to your liking, especially the peppers and cilantro!
