Scheduling

The Scheduling incentive for the 1st quarter will be based the scorecard ranking.

The last week of the first quarter will be the week of March 29th.
The top 5 schedulers on the scorecard for the first quarter will be rewarded with a

Visa gift card in the following amounts…

1st - $200
2nd - $120
3rd - $100
4th - $50
5th - $50

Remember that the scorecard is based on the following goals...

Hires – Goal is 28 hires a month
Hires Vs. Scheduled – Goal is set at 23%
Show Rate – Goal is set at 65%
VR % - Goal is set at 80%

It is important to note that these are the GOALS that you should strive for to be a solid contributor to the department.

So, in order to receive the incentive you need to aim a little higher.

Confirming

The Confirming incentive for the 1st quarter is a group incentive that will be based your show rate. The last week of the first quarter will be the week of March 29th.

If you are able to hit a show rate of 65% as a group at the end of the quarter,

you will get to have a group lunch at the restaurant of your choice.

Remember that the goal for your average show rate is currently set at 63%,

so you will need to aim a little higher in order to hit the incentive.
