Third Quarter Incentive for Scheduling and Confirming...

The third quarter incentive is going to be just a little different.

There will be a few different contests going on during the third quarter.

There will be monthly goals, as well as weekly goals for both scheduling and confirming. The contest is broken down as follows…

Scheduling and Confirming VIP Incentive

Every Four Weeks we will review the scorecard and take the top 20% (5 schedulers) and put them into a VIP status for the next 4 weeks.

There will also be 1 VIP confirmer at the end of each 4 week period. The VIP confirmer will be determined based on their show rate.

The VIP schedulers and confirmer will be announced after a four week period. The time frame for each of the four weeks is broken down as follows…

7/05/2010 – 7/30/2010
8/02/2010 – 9/03/2010
9/06/2010 – 10/01/2010

The schedulers and the confirmer that are in a VIP status after the first 4 weeks of the third quarter will be rewarded with…

• A VIP breakfast or lunch and round table meeting.
• The # 1 Scheduler # 1 Confirmer will each get a 1/2 day off (paid).
• The other four schedulers in VIP status will receive 1 hour off early (paid)
• Each person will get to pull an item from the Grab bag.
  
  But wait there is more…
  
• If a scheduler is in VIP status for all three time periods, then they will get a $25 Wal-mart gift card.
• If a scheduler is in the # 1 spot all three months, they will get a $50 gift card.
• If the same confirmer is in the # 1 all three months, they will receive a $50 gift card.
  

Scheduling and Confirming Weekly Incentive

Each week the scheduler with the most hires will get to draw an item from the grab back. Hires are run every Monday. If there is a tie, then the scheduler with the best show rate will determine the winner for the week.

Oh, but there is even more…

The scheduler with the highest V-release percentage that falls within the average expected every Thursday morning will also get to draw an item from the Grab bag. If there is a tie, the person with the highest number expected will determine the winner for that week.

The confirmer with the highest show rate calculated each Wednesday will also get to pull an item from the Grab bag.

Hires are determined on Monday’s, VR % are determined on Thursday, and Show’s are determined on Wednesday.

So, all pulls from the grab bag will be every Friday beginning on 07/09/2010 and ending on 10/01/2010.
