Third Quarter Incentive
We are already one week into the third quarter and after much deliberation we have decided to scale back a bit this third quarter on incentives so that we can go just a little bit bigger for the last quarter. So, for the third quarter incentive we are going to reward the top three schedulers with the most hires. The gift cards will be in the following amounts…
#1 - $300
#2 - $200
#3 - $100
The top confirmer for the 3rd quarter (confirmer that has the most drivers that show who is able to maintain a 60% show rate) will win a $100 gift card.
We will also keep the monthly incentive for the top 5 schedulers on the scorecard and the top confirmer. The number one scheduler and confirmer will still receive a half a day off and the others 1 hour off. All of these top players will go on a group lunch!
